30-day returns and free return shipping

Buff & Bloom is operated by Lambert & Barclay Limited. Products purchased through our website can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of dispatch under our voluntary returns offer. This offer is in addition to your statutory rights.

We offer free returns. We do not deduct a return-shipping fee from your refund. Email hello@buffandbloom.co with your order number or other proof of purchase so we can arrange your free return and provide instructions.

Changing your mind

For our voluntary 30-day offer, please return items in their original condition. Items you have altered or customised are excluded from this additional offer. These conditions do not restrict your statutory cancellation rights or your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

For UK online orders, you may notify us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Any deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning will only be made where permitted by law.

You can cancel by emailing us or sending a clear statement to the return address above. You may use this wording, but do not have to: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Name and address: [details]. Date: [date].” Add your signature if sending this on paper.

Refunds and exchanges

For a UK statutory cancellation, we will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days after we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. We refund the standard outbound delivery charge where required; any extra cost of an upgraded delivery service is not refundable under that cancellation right. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

For returns under our additional 30-day offer, we will refund the returned product within 14 days of receiving it. Exchanges are subject to availability; if we cannot provide the requested replacement, we will refund you and email you.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or incorrect, email us so we can resolve it. We cover return shipping. Your rights to a refund, repair or replacement under applicable law are unaffected by our voluntary return window or original-condition requirements. Any refund due for defective goods includes applicable delivery charges and will be made within the legally required period.
