Our products offer a modern approach to traditional shoe care, helping people keep their shoes looking their best without the time, effort and mess usually associated with polishing.

Our affiliate programme gives creators, customers, publishers and partners the opportunity to share our products with their audience while earning commission on qualifying sales they generate.

• Earn 20% commission on every qualifying order made through your affiliate link or coupon code, excluding discounts, delivery and VAT.

• You must have a valid PayPal account so that we are able to pay your commission.
• Coupon codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupon, promotional offer or on sale items unless otherwise stated.

We pay 20% commission on every confirmed qualifying order, excluding discounts, VAT and shipping.

Affiliate cookies last for 14 days.

Commission payments are made via PayPal on the 1st and 15th of every month.

There are currently no commission caps.

Commission is only payable on valid, completed orders. Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid orders will not qualify for commission, and any commission previously attributed to such an order may be reversed.

Unless explicitly authorised otherwise by Buff & Bloom in writing, the following programme restrictions apply:

• Affiliates are not permitted to purchase, own, register or bid on domain names containing the words "Buff & Bloom", "Buff and Bloom", or misspellings or variations of the Buff & Bloom brand name.
• Affiliates must not include Buff & Bloom brand terms, or misspelt variations of them, within the subdomain of their website URL.
• Affiliates may use correctly spelt Buff & Bloom brand terms after their website's primary domain where appropriate, for example: affiliatewebsite.com/buffandbloom .
• Affiliates are not permitted to register Buff & Bloom, or any variation or misspelling of the brand name, as an account, page, profile or username on any social media platform.
• This includes combinations of the brand name with generic words, phrases or descriptions that could give the impression that the account is owned, operated or officially endorsed by Buff & Bloom.
• Any attempt to register or operate such accounts may constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions and our intellectual property rights.
• Affiliates must not post promotional or affiliate links on official Buff & Bloom social media accounts or within comments on official posts for the purpose of driving visitors to their own affiliate links, pages or websites.
• This applies to official Buff & Bloom accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X/ Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Direct linking to Buff & Bloom websites through paid social media advertising is prohibited unless prior written permission has been provided.

Affiliates who fail to comply with these restrictions risk having affected commissions reduced to zero, reversed and/or their affiliate account suspended or terminated.

Commission will not be paid where there is evidence of unauthorised paid search activity involving Buff & Bloom brand terms.

This includes brand-name permutations, misspellings, variations and broad-match keywords containing Buff & Bloom brand terms.

PPC bidding restrictions also apply to Google Shopping and CSS (Comparison Shopping Service) activity unless prior written authorisation has been provided.

Restricted terms include, but are not limited to:

• Buff and Bloom
• Buff & Bloom vouchers
• Buff and Bloom vouchers
• Buff & Bloom discount codes
• Buff and Bloom discount codes
• Buff & Bloom voucher codes
• Buff and Bloom voucher codes
• Buff & Bloom promo codes
• Buff and Bloom promo codes
• Buff & Bloom coupons
• Buff and Bloom coupons
• Any misspellings or close variations of the Buff & Bloom name Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Buff & Bloom brand terms, misspellings or derivatives of the brand name through Google or other paid search platforms without prior written approval.

Affiliates must not use the word "official" in advertisements or marketing in a way that suggests they are Buff & Bloom or an official Buff & Bloom-owned account.

Affiliates may bid on relevant generic terms unless otherwise advised. However, direct linking to Buff & Bloom websites from paid search activity is prohibited without prior written approval.

Failure to comply may result in affected commissions being set to zero, reversed and/or suspension or termination from the programme.

• We encourage affiliates to contact us regarding exclusive voucher or discount codes and additional incentives where appropriate.
• Buff & Bloom affiliate discount codes must not be published on voucher, coupon or discount- code websites without prior written permission.
• Affiliates may only promote discount codes that have been provided or explicitly authorised through the Buff & Bloom affiliate programme.
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commission where an unauthorised voucher or discount code has been used in connection with an affiliate sale.
• We recognise that customers may independently discover and use a voucher code from another source. Where appropriate, individual transactions may be reviewed before a decision regarding commission is made.
• Affiliates found intentionally displaying or promoting unauthorised codes may have associated commissions set to zero and/or their account suspended until the codes have been removed.
• Where discount codes are issued with an expiry date, the expiry date must be clearly communicated.
• Expired codes must be removed or clearly marked as expired after the relevant expiry date unless otherwise advised.
• Affiliates repeatedly displaying expired or misleading discount codes may be suspended or removed from the programme.

Affiliates should also follow applicable industry best-practice guidelines when promoting voucher or discount codes.

Affiliate sales may be de-duplicated against other online advertising and marketing channels using tracking technology on the merchant platform.

De-duplication channels may include:

• PPC Brand
• PPC Generic
• Email Advertising
• Direct Partnerships
• Price Comparison
• Display Advertising
• Retargeting Advertising
• Other Affiliate Networks Where more than one marketing channel has contributed to a sale, commission attribution will be determined by the tracking and attribution rules in place at the time of purchase.

Affiliates and creators are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content complies with all applicable advertising laws, regulations and platform requirements within the markets in which they operate.

For UK-based promotions:

• Affiliate content on social media must comply with relevant ASA and CAP advertising requirements.
• Affiliate marketing must be clearly identifiable as advertising.
• Where appropriate, creators should use a clear and prominent identifier such as #ad.
• Advertising disclosures should be obvious to the consumer and should not be hidden amongst other hashtags or placed somewhere users are unlikely to see them.

Affiliates promoting Buff & Bloom outside the UK are responsible for complying with the relevant advertising disclosure requirements within their own jurisdiction.

Affiliate links, discount codes, gifted products and other commercial relationships should be disclosed wherever required by applicable advertising rules.

Breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in:

• Commission being withheld or reversed.
• Affiliate links or discount codes being disabled.
• Temporary suspension from the programme.
• Permanent removal from the affiliate programme.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected breaches, fraudulent activity, misleading promotion or misuse of the Buff & Bloom brand before making commission payments.

Buff & Bloom reserves the right to amend the affiliate programme, commission rates, promotional terms, cookie duration or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary.

Where appropriate, affiliates will be notified of material changes to the programme.

By participating in the affiliate programme, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
