What should I do before applying the cream?
Start with clean, dry, smooth leather shoes. Cleaning is a separate preparation step; the Apply, Spread, Shine routine starts once your shoes are ready for cream.
Is the kit suitable for every kind of shoe?
This routine is for polishable, smooth leather footwear. Check your footwear’s care instructions and the cream’s suitability for its colour and finish. Do not assume the same routine is suitable for suede, nubuck or fabric.
How much cream should I apply?
Press the applicator across the leather to leave small dots of cream. Use the sponge to spread them into a thin, even layer before buffing.
Can I use the black cream on brown shoes?
Use cream suited to the colour and finish of your shoes. The kit comes with black cream; brown / dark tan and neutral refills are separate options.
Does the polisher need to stay plugged in?
No. The polisher is rechargeable by USB-C and can be used cordless once charged. Recharge when needed; charging is not a step required after every shine.
Can I replace the cream and brush head?
Yes. Replacement cream cartridges and horsehair brush heads are available separately, so you can keep using the main kit.
